Nature of the activity
Independent software development and app publishing. SweeperX is developed and published by one person. “Sylenia” is a trading name (Geschäftsbezeichnung), not a company — there is no incorporated entity behind it, and the name is never used with a corporate suffix.
Purchases
SweeperX Pro is sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple is the merchant of record for every purchase: Apple sets the local price, charges and remits the applicable tax, and handles refunds. No purchase is transacted on this website. See the Terms of Service for details, and Apple’s billing and refund support for refund requests.
Details that do not apply
Most Impressum templates assume a registered trade business and list fields that do not exist here. Rather than leave them blank, here is why they are absent:
- No Firmenbuchnummer or Firmenbuchgericht. There is no company register entry, because there is no company.
- No WKO membership or Gewerbeordnung reference. No Austrian trade licence (Gewerbeberechtigung) is currently held.
- No UID (VAT identification number). None is held. Apple, as merchant of record, charges and remits consumer VAT on App Store sales, so no VAT is invoiced to buyers here.
